Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Web App, in Lead, When an interaction is created it is not mandatory to enter Customer name however when interaction is created in Outlook (when creating Lead), the Customer name is mandatory. The behavior of Outlook with respect to Interaction creation should be the same as the behavior in web.
