I have started to notice several emails sent from agents in instant service (in response to a customers email) are bouncing back with the following error message;
***Agent reply message xxxxxxxxx not delivered to [firstname.lastname@example.org] due to [xxx x.x.x Domain of sender address email@example.com does not resolve ] ***
