For HCM extract definition with delivery option type output as CSV file, after payroll checklist is successful, users see URL instead of .CSV file.

Because of this issue, the Title is showing with '_URL' instead of '_OP'. Users cannot get the content ID for the same with the help of Title.
Note that the file name is displayed properly for single record transactions, however, when the extract is run for huge data only, the URL is shown instead.

The link does properly navigate user to the Excel file, but with the link user would not be able to get the ContentID from UCM.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an HCM extract definition with delivery option type output as CSV file.
2. Submit payroll checklist.
3. On success, observe that the URL is presented instead of .CSV file.
