ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not able to modify account team primary member in CRM Outlook

Currently outlook does not give us the provision to change primary member of customer team.
We need to go to webapplication if we need to modify the primary member associated with customer team.

I know that it is not possible to delete primary member if there is only one resource, but even if have multiple resources in the team as is the case in the attached screenshots.

Possibility to modify Primary account team member in CRM Outlook.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select one customer
2. Modify Primary account team member in CRM Outlook.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change primary member of customer team.
