Assigning a work schedule for Malaysia employee - data not showing on calendar

Calendar should display allocated reference from schedule.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Assign work schedule to employee
2. Create Calendar event and insert coverage for region (Malaysia)
3. Employee is allocated to that region and should have the reference.
