Apostrophes, Dashes And "é" Are Changed To "?" When Sending A Live Help Email

We have noticed that some characters such as apostrophes, dashes and in some cases "é" are replaced with a question mark when sending an email from our instance of Oracle Live Help On Demand. This issue has a big impact on our business since we use Oracle Live Help On Demand to communicate with our consumers.
