Enable UPK For Cloud Customer in Fusion Applications

***Specific For Cloud Customers***
Cloud/SaaS customers will not only not get pre-seeded UPK content; but, they will NOT be allowed to host their own content in Cloud.
To host their own content, they must have their own content server either with their Organization or another third party vendor .
Once that is setup, cloud will make the necessary modifications to have UPK in Fusion Applications point to their environment.
The UPK link is visible under the Help menu.
