Symptoms

On : 11.1.7.0.0 version, Performance

Oracle TAP - Authentication Error
Unable to access Test environment via Oracle TAP.

Authentication Error


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download the Oracle TAP application through apps store
2. Click to connect to TAP
3. Enter user name and password that works in the Fusion UI.
Receive Authentication Error.

4. Login to the Fusion Applications UI with the same user.
Able to access Fusion Applications UI without error.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access Oracle Mobile features even though they are verified Fusion Applications users.
