How To Create a Dynamic URL for a Quote (Doc ID 1660022.1)

Goal

Create a function that will return a Quote URL, dynamically, using BML(BigMachines Markup Language).  This method can be used in Email Notifications for Approvals or in the Advanced Function in the Destination Tab of Commerce Actions.  Additionally, a Commerce BML Function could be established in order to use the method in many different areas of a site - this article will overview this method.
