Symptoms

This error typically happens on "Revise," "Save," or "Submit" actions. This error message can be confusing because the user that is being referenced in the error is likely not the current active user on the quote. Also this error, most likely, does not happen on every quote so it can be difficult to track down what the root cause of this issue is.
