Last updated on MARCH 04, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle BigMachines CPQ Cloud Service - Version 11.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

System Navigation PathAdmin Home Page > Users > Internal Users

In this section, you can administrate the internal users of the system and determine their access rights.  Types of internal users consist of full admin users, internal sales reps, managers, etc.  Typically, distributors or other partner organizations are not defined in this area.  The number of internal users is defined by the BigMachines Customer Agreement.

The Host Company refers to your company (in most cases) which is of FullAccesswithESales company type.  The Host Company has four user types:  FullAccess, ChannelAgent, SalesAgent and RestrictedAccess.  Only the SuperUser and FullAccess users within the Host Company can view and edit all Host Company information, accounts and internal users.  They can also create, view and edit the accounts of all Partner Organizations and the user associated with these organizations.
