How To Edit Retraction Email

A Retraction Email is a notification e-mail sent to approvers when approval is no longer needed. They appear in this format:
Subject: Retraction Email
You do not need to approve the reason with name [reason name] of transaction [quote number], because this reason has been reset.
This email was generated from the [site URL] website.
Retraction Emails are sent when a quote is revised or rejected. If any reason on the quote is rejected, the reasons are reset. Additional approvers will not need to approve the quote any further, and the Retraction Email is sent. Reasons can also be reset if a quote is revised, specifically if a condition that would trigger a reason is changed so that the reason would no longer fire. If an approver receives a Retraction Email, no further action is needed on their part.
