An error message is received when triggering a Commerce Action or when trying to set a quote as primary in Salesforce:

A problem with the OnClick JavaScript for this button or link was encountered:

{faultcode: 'soapenv:Client',

faultstring:'BigMachines,BigMachinesQuoteSynchronization,QuoteSyncException: Could not sync quote [xxxx-xxxxx] with opportunity because at least one Part did not have a corresponding Salesforce product or pricebook entry in the appropriate pricebook. Both of these objects must exists in Salesforce for each part on a Oracle CPQ Cloud quote. This can be corrected by manually adding the product or pricebook entry in Salesforce or by having a Oracle CPQ Cloud administrator run a part sync.
