Unable to Create Users from Salesforce to CPQ Cloud (Doc ID 1660820.1)

Whenever an admin tries to give a Salesforce User access to CPQ Cloud, they receive the following error via email: Sandbox
CPQ Cloud provisioning of the user failed.
Salesforce user information:
User Organization: Internal User
CPQ Cloud Company Login: null
User Type: SalesAgent
CPQ Cloud Enabled: true
Mass Provision for CPQ Cloud: false
Error during provisioning: Unauthorized endpoint, please check Setup->Security->Remote site settings. endpoint =


This may be a new setup within Salesforce and users have just started to be added to the environment.
