Salesforce Single Sign On Login Issue After Password Change

After the user changes their Salesforce password, Single Sign On with Oracle CPQ Cloud no longer logs in.  The below error messages may be seen:


Session Expired


Partner Login Error for user (

An error occurred while communicating with the partner site.

Error message from the partner site:

Invalid username, password, security token; or user locked out
