Work Schedule ADFDi not uploading exceptions properly

Work Schedule ADFDi states that exception data has been uploaded successfully but when you go into the application the data is not there.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Work Schedules
2. Using ADFDi to update the work schedule exceptions
3. Get row updated successfully message.
4. Edit work schedule - no exceptions are showing on screen.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the spreadsheet method via ADFDi to upload work schedule exceptions to Fusion
