Goal

An on premise application is running against an external web service successfully. This working application has been migrated to the Database Cloud Schema Service, however, when we run the application on the Cloud the following error is seen when attempting to connect to the external web service:

Is it possible to connect to external web services from the Cloud with APEX? What are the restrictions?
