Symptoms
When running a Data Load Rule in Data Management, to load data into a Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) application, the load fails with the following error:
2014-04-22 13:18:50,060 INFO [AIF]: [HPLService] Info: Error: com.essbase.api.base.EssException: Cannot put olap file object. Essbase Error(1051032): Database FINPLAN does not exist
