New Hire Report Not Yielding Information And Submitted Process Is Not Finishing

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users are unable to populate information on the seeded New Hire report. After set up and run the process, only the headers display on the New Hire reports page.
The expectation is the report should show all the new hire details.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Run the New Hire Report.
2. Log in to BI and navigate to Shared Folders > Human Capital Management > Workforce Management > Person Management > US > New Hire
3. Open the New Hire Report.
4. Observe that the new hire report only displays the header part.
