Symptoms

On Production GHN: 11.1.7.0.0 version, Other Issues

When attempting to publishing a product group from the "Manage Product Group" task
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
 Publishing of another product group is in progress. Try again later. (QSC-375009)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator - Setup and Maintenance
2. Manage Product Group
3. Select any Product Group and publish


Any Changes

After a Product group import was run and completed. It first completed with error and then correct and completed successfully .


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the product Groups in the application such as Opportunity revenue etc..
