Information in this document applies to any platform.
Performance document was created for an employee and not routed for approval. Employee was terminated and Performance document got changed to status "canceled". In UAT and performance template requires some re-configuration as per business requirement but cannot update performance template as it shows that template is in use = 'Yes'.
Please advice what is the process for cancelling and deleting performance documents for terminated employees?
