Symptoms
On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Data Loader
When attempting to load the Person Legislative DFF data using HCM data loader but
the following error occurs.

Process : Import
Error Message : Either the US context is invalid or no valid attirbutes are defined on the METADATA line with this context for flexfield PER_PERSON-LEGISLATIVE_DATA_LEG_DDF (HRC-1035418)
Error Message : The METADATA line cannot be processed because the flexfield attribute VETS100_VIETNAM_ERA is not valid for the PER_PERSON-LEGISLATIVE_DATA_LEG_DDF flexfield code and the US Context
