 SQLT Runtime/Installation Errors
 I am receiving unexpected SQLT Installation errors, what should I do?
 I am receiving unexpected SQLT Runtime errors, what should I do?
 SQLT Runtime gives: "ORA-04063: package body "SQLTXADMIN.SQLT$T" has errors" / "ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "SQLTXADMIN.SQLT$T"
 I receive "ORA-01924: role 'SQLT_USER_ROLE' not granted or does not exist"
 Sqltxtract.sql fails with "ORA-20110: User lacks required "SQLT_USER_ROLE" role or SQLT is not properly installed".
