Fusion Compensation: WFC:Compensation Fast Formula Failing For One Plan And Not Another (Doc ID 1670985.1)

Symptoms

On :  11.1.7.0.0 version, Manage Compensation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------

When attempting to run Compensation Cycle for the plan an error is encountered, with the associated log file containing the following:

Run_rollup errored with error message as :ORA-01403: no data found
Global_process Errored : ORA-01403: no data found

If the Compensation Default and Override Fast Formula is removed from the failing plan, it is possible to run the Start Compensation Cycle without encountering an error.
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should be possible to start the compensation cycle for all plans without encountering an error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start Workforce Compensation Cycle for failing plan with Comp Default and Override formula attached
2. Start Process fails and an error is logged
3. Remove Comp Default and Override formula from failing Compensation Plan
4. Start Process completes successfully
