Fusion Global HR: HCM Extract Ending with PAY_PAYPROC_UNKNOWN_ERR (Doc ID 1671442.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run an HCM Extract, the following error occurs:

Log output : transfering BIP output to attachments for process id:102365
BIP job processId = 102365
BIP job status ERROR
Name PAY_PAYPROC_UNKNOWN_ERR
Token1 null
Token2 null
Token3 null


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator> Payroll>Checklists
2. Under Payroll Flow, select the Submit Process or Report task
3. Select the applicable legislative data group (LDG)
4. Highlight the Flow Pattern for the extract and click the Next button
5. Enter the required parameters at a minimum and set changes only to N then click the Next button
6. Click on the Next button on the Flow Interaction UI
7. Click on the Next button on the Schedule UI
8. Click Submit on the Review UI
9. Click OK and View Checklist on the message pop-up
10. Click Refresh on the Task Details tab and note the process ends in an error
