This document describes the steps that you need to perform if you want your Business Intelligence (BI) reports to reflect the time zone selected in your Oracle CX Sales user preferences.
This document is for those involved in implementation and maintenance of the Oracle CX Sales and B2B Service service. The tips and techniques detailed in this document may not be suitable for an on-premise deployment of sales applications.
To use the information in this document, you must have a BI Administrator role. You should also be familiar with how to access and use Oracle Business Intelligence to create reports.
