Activity Template Doesn't Show Action As Activity Name (Doc ID 1672837.1)

On : Instantis Enterprise Track Cloud 8.6 version, Projects

When attempting to add an Activity Template, the Activity Type of Action is not available even though an Activity Sub-Type was created for it.

When creating an Activity Template the Activity Type of Action should be available.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the application
2. Select Administration - Application Configuration
3. Select Activity Template
4. In field: Activity Type - use dropdown and find that Action is not an option to chose

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create an Activity Template for Type Action.
