HCM Extract process fails with error:
After Defining all the steps as per the Configuration Guide Release5, the HCM extract process is submitted through Payroll Checklist. The method of delivery is via E-mail.
The Status of the process shows "In-progress with Errors".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Navigator / Payroll Checklists / Submit a Process or Report.
2. Submit the HCM extract flow.
3. Go to results and see the error. Two subprocesses are erroring out: the one that extracts the actual data, and the one that sends it to BI Publisher.
