Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Manage Workforce Lifecycle

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Recalculate accrual does not process after a band change from the UI

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
UI should work in same manner as batch method.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee is enrolled into Vacation – TW (Jan to Dec) plan and accrual process run till 30-Apr-2015.
2. Employee has a change in grade/rank which causes a change in accrual band.
3. Re-running the accrual process from UI manually for the Jan period to recalculate front-loaded accrual does not re calculate the requisite values.
4. Run using the batch method, all works ok.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use manual process to upload data - batch method exists as work around.
