We have a user who is receiving 13 sync issues in Outlook. This user has a total of 3 direct customers in Outlook and all 3 of the users' customers are shown as a sync issues in the control panel. That means that the other 10 customers listed in the sync issues do not even belong to this user.
We performed a “Remove customizations” for this user last week but the errors came back again a day or two later. Since all 3 of this user’s customers are having sync issues it is effectively preventing them from using the fusion outlook product at this time.
In reviewing the user’s general log file I am seeing a number of occurrences of the error msg:
[14-04-09 15:41:05.351890,T1268] [ERROR] [sync_issue]: Updating error of 'salesPartySite' object on storage 'Remote': object_locked (Application experienced technical difficulties. Further troubleshooting should be done by technical support.
