Symptoms

Sales account resource import failing

Import is failing with the following error message

The process fails to load data into import interface tables. Cause: oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.messages.ApplcoreException: JBO-29115 Unable to construct the error message due to error java.sql.SQLException: weblogic.common.ResourceException: No good connections available.. Use the exception stack trace and error code to investigate the root cause of this exception. Root cause error code is JBO-FND:::FND_ATT_DATA_NO_CONNECTION.
