Not Able to Distinguish Absence Types when Attaching them to Absence Categories

When adding types to an absence category, unable to distinguish between two absence types of the same name under different legislations. If a category's legislation is no longer mandatory per <Bug 15991136>, the type LOV should indicate legislation, so users can select the desired absence type.
1. Create two absence types of the same name under different legislations.
2. Create and save an absence category with no associated legislations.
3. Click 'Select and Add' to initialize the add types dialogue.
4. Find the absence types in the LOV, and confirm both types are listed with no way to distinguish them.
