Duplicate Users Found in OIM With Only One User in OID

Symptoms

In Fusion Applications when trying to update user's E-mail address through "Copy Personal Data to LDAP", changes were successfully saved. The "Account Status" changed to "Active" and user name updated with the new work e-mail. Then in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) there were two user accounts: One with the old work e-mail and a new one with the correct data.

By checking the user data in OID, it was found that there's only one record for that user in Oracle Internet Directory (OID).
