Generic System Error When Attempting to Deploy a Business Process in uDesigner (Doc ID 1678890.1)

When clicking the Deploy button for a specific business process in the uDesigner-> Business Processes area, the below error message is thrown in the user interface.

The system could not process your request Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.

Also, an error message similar to the below example is thrown in the Unifier log file.

ORA-00001: unique constraint (UNIFIER.SYS_STUDIO_INSTALLED_NAME) violated
