Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After adding a Resource to the Project Manager on a Proposal - Initial Project Team Members section, the Check Availability box does not show any hours for: Capacity, Percentage Utilization, Estimated New Allocation, Previously Committed Capacity, Available Free Capacity

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When Check Availability is selected after a Resource is assigned to a Proposal, the hours the Resource is assigned on other Proposals/Projects should appear in: Capacity, Percentage Utilization, Estimated New Allocation, Previously Committed Capacity, Available Free Capacity

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Application
  2. Select Proposal
  3. Add a Resource to the Initial Project Team Members
  4. Select the Check Availability check mark next to the role the Resource was assigned to
  5. When the box opens there are not values for: Capacity, Percentage Utilization, Estimated New Allocation, Previously Committed Capacity, Available Free Capacity
