Issues At Organizational Chart Level

Some contacts on a customer do not show in the organization chart.
Expect all contacts to be shown on the organization chart.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator - Customers
2. Select or create a customer
3. Add contacts
4. select organization chart
