Symptoms

 

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Not able to update sales account data through imports but import status says complete.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The accounts should be updated

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:.
1. Go to Navigator > Setup and Maintenance
2. Search for: Manage file import activities
3. Create a new import activity on Account object
4. The import finishes but the data is not updated

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue accounts updated using file import are not getting the changes in the import applied.
