Symptoms

Fusion HCM Cloud 11.1.8 - all OTBI analyses failing after the POD was refreshed


After refresh P2T of , all the reports seem to fail with the following error :

 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After a refresh of the POD, all the OTBI analyses and dashboards should execute successfully

ERROR OR UNEXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All analyses fail with error

 Odbc driver returned an error (SQLExecDirectW).
  Error Details
Error Codes: OPR4ONWY:U9IM8TAC:OI2DL65P
State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. [nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS.
[nQSError: 43119] Query Failed: HTML>Page Unavailable (url) is unavailable,
 please contact system administrator.(HY000)


STEPS

Connect to OBIEE Home Page,
click on Dashboard,
select Performance and Goals Dashboard,
select Goal details tab

On Goal Details tab, the Criteria (Prompts) are shown correctly and populated with default values
The section which should display an analysis , instead shows an error.
