Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Last Modified value for the Short Description (description) in the Cost Transaction that creates/updates the Schedule of Values (SOV) is not overwritten in the SOV when the value in the reference process is modified.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The description should be updted when the process is modified.
