Not Able To View The Accounting Entries and Distributions For Fully Costed Distributions in Review Cost Accounting Distributions UI

Symptoms
Not able to view the accounting entries in Journal entries tab or Distributions tab in Review Cost Accounting Distributions UI even when costed status is "Fully Costed" and Accounting Status "Not Accounted"
Review journal entry UI (Navigator -> Costing/Cost Accounting -> Accounting/Review Journal Entries also shows no data.
Also, "Journal Entries" tab is showing as not accounted even though data is passed to SLA and accounted status is Final Accounted
