I would like a Simple SLA report to be created to cover our varying operational hours.
Currently we operate Mon to Sunday 9am to 5pm, 7 days. However from this week we are changing to 6 days - Mon to Saturday 9am to 5pm.
I would like a separate simple SLA to be set up so I can run the relevant report based on our different operating hours as this will probably revert back to 7 days as volumes in crease towards the end of the year.
Would it be possible to run the 2?
