 Troubleshooting steps
 1. Check to make sure the account doesn't use HATM and the customer isn't working in the secondary account
 2. Reproduce the issue
 3. Gather the following information:
 Sample SQL and commands
 Find the Content Library information
 Check Logentry to see if any errors exist
 Check the UI server's stderr.log files for the error
 Search for the document name and copy the entire error into a text file
