Designed for CRM On Demand administrators, this course illustrates the data access and visibility controls available in CRM On Demand. Attendees learn about record ownership, user role assignment, access profiles, team-record sharing, manager visibility, and analytics visibility. Group assignment and books of business are mentioned in this course, but are not covered in detail.
