This is the second course in the Build Your Own Reports series of six courses. Designed for those who are new to creating reports, this course teaches the basics of designing and building custom list reports. Attendees learn how to navigate CRM On Demand Answers and will become familiar with analytic subject areas, adding and reordering data columns, and using prebuilt and custom data filters.

Completing the six courses in this series is required before taking the Advanced Analytics Workshop.
