Designed for Administrators, this course walks you through the steps for setting up assessments. See examples of how assessments can help ensure consistent, high-quality customer interactions by standardizing processes and procedures. Learn how to set up the questions and answers for the assessments; create and apply filters if you have multiple assessments; and ensure that users have access to the assessments they need.

Prerequisites: Oracle CRM On Demand Administration Essentials (Recommended)

Release 19 adds the following enhancements to Assessment Scripts:

For all Assessment types, these two fields have been added on the Assessment Edit page:

  1. Remove Comment Box
    Select this check box to remove the ability for users to add comments when completing an assessment. If this check box is not selected, then a comment box is visible, and users will be able to enter a comment when completing an assessment.
  2. Response Control
    Determines the control that will be used for adding responses to assessment criteria. The options are: Drop Down or Radio Button.

A new Assessment Type has been added: Activity Assessment. This assessment can be based on any of these Activities: Sales Call, Task, or Appointment. This will be associated with the Account or Contact Call Detail.
