Challenge: Lists timing out!
Robert Davidson tackles performance issues with lists that return results slowly and even time out after the 10-minute limit.
Solution: Watch the recording to see how Robert resolved the issue with a blended strategy, including using indexed fields, reducing the data returned in a list, and replacing lists with reports. The result? Lists and reports that returned records in just seconds!
With the Release 19 Service Allotments, the ten minute timeout applies to list run time in off peak hours, and in peak hours, it is 60 seconds.
