This webinar walks you through the steps for creating attributes and presenting them in webforms (online forms that appear on webpages). Learn how to use webforms to maximize contact responses and deepen your contact profiles.
For example, you can specify which attributes are mandatory, pre-populated, or skipped if answered. Still more rules let you display attributes on subsequent interactions (not the first), present follow-up questions based on previously answered information, or gather the same information but tailoring the question to the audience (technical vs. business).
