 There are 3 possible scenarios that could cause records not to be reassigned. The Troubleshooting guidelines are listed below:
 When were the Assignment Rules created or modified and when was the "Reassign" box checked?
 The reassignment Rules were set up incorrectly, or, the record is not meeting the criteria specified on the assignment rules for reassignment.
 The Assignment Manager process is not working on the Pod.
 Tracking the reassignment process:
 Assignment Status
 Last Assignment Submission Date
 Last Assignment Completion Date
