This course provides an overview of the process for implementing Oracle CRM On Demand Marketing. Based on a generic plan that spans six weeks, the course walks you through four phases when planning your implementation:
- Account Activation and Initial Administration Setup
- Project Design and Scope Definition
- Configuration
- Test and Go Live

Understand the flow and sequence of the steps, from the initial provisioning questionnaire to the series of tasks that your company may or may not need to perform to the necessary configurations for the various product areas. In short, this course lays the groundwork for the other Transfer of Information (TOI) recordings.
