A Wait Action on a Workflow rule allows you to delay the execution of other (following) actions on a Workflow rule until a period of time has passed, or a certain date and time have been reached. Wait Actions can help meet complex business requirements, however, caution must be used when implementing Wait Actions as they can interfere with other workflows and expressions. The attached webinar discusses how to use Wait Actions, and how to avoid some of the common interference problems that can arise.
